By popular demand, our September Homeschool Day will actually be a Homeschool Night! Join one of our educators on a night walk on the fall equinox - or the fall day during which the length of daylight and nighttime are equal and after which the days begin to get shorter. This program is designed for homeschool families with young ones grades K-6, but older siblings are welcome! 

• Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather.
• White light flashlights will not be permitted, as they will affect your night-vision, but you are welcome to bring a red-light headlamp if you have one. Some will be available to use during the walk.
• The walk will last approximately one hour and meet outside the Gift Shop main entrance.
• To receive last-minute updates, especially in case of inclimate weather, please check your email closer to the date of the program!

For registration, we are asking each family unit to register as a single attendee, and specify how many individuals will be attending. This program is focused on homeschool students rather than adults; please be respectful and mindful of this when deciding who you are bringing (for example: please refrain from bringing mom, dad, aunt, and uncle to accompany your single student for the walk!). Registration is $10 per family.
